The first step in caring for your skin is cleansing. Otherwise, these impurities clog the pores giving way to many skin problems. Your face should be cleaned everyday with a proper cleansing cream or lotion which is suitable to your skin. Here are some easy to make face cleansers suitable to different types of skin.

Natural face cleansers for acne

It is of utmost importance to remove all the dirt and make up from the face before going to bed. Cleansers should be applied with an upward movement and kept on skin for about a minute. Then remove with a tissue or damp cotton wool.

Home Made Facial Cleansers:

Milk Cleanser:
Milk is a natural cleanser. Its good for all skin types. Take a cup of cold raw(not boiled) milk. Soak a cotton ball in the milk and dab it on your face, forehead and neck. When it dries up repeat again. Let it stand for some minutes and wash off. It leaves the skin baby soft.

Gram flour(Besan) And Turmeric Cleanser for Oily Skin:
Take two tablespoon of gram four(also known as chickpea powder) and add one teaspoon of turmeric powder. Add enough milk to make a smooth paste. Apply it on the face, forehead and neck. Let it remain for two to three minutes and wash with cold water. This cleanser is very good for oily or combination skin. Milk nourishes the skin and gram flour removes the extra oil and dirty.

Yogurt and Honey Cleanser for Dry Skin:
Yogurt is a very good cleanser for dry skin. Take one tablespoon of yogurt and mix one teaspoon of honey. Apply it on forehead, face and neck.Let it stand for two minutes and wash with cold water.

Grated Cucumber Cleanser for Normal Skin:
Grate a cucumber and rub it on the face in circular motion. This is an excellent cleanser and toner. You can use the juice instead. Take 1 tablespoon cucumber juice mixed with one teaspoon curd. Apply it on the forehead, face and neck. Leave it for 5 minutes and wash off. It cleans and nourishes the skin.
