There are tonics and remedies circling around everywhere, some that work, some that don’t, but today I have one of the best teas that I have ever found. Dubbed the Miracle tea, it cleans the body and has the ability to treat more than 50 different diseases.
I give you a mixture that has been scientifically proven to treat diseases like cancer and dementia. Along with that, it is also wonderful in the treatment of diseases like the flu, viruses, and many more. It helps clean the system and stop side effects like nausea and vomiting. Let me tell you, once you make this tea, it will be your go to for every ailment that comes your way!
Ingredients:
1/8 Tsp turmeric
2 Tsp Ginger
2 Tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Cardamom
¾ Cup Milk( I personally use coconut milk)
500 ml water
1 Tsp Raw Honey
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients together but the water. Boil the water, and pour the water over the milk mixture. I suggest drinking the mixture down all at once, without separating it out into phases.
