- 1 cup of water;
- 1 tsp of cinnamon;
- 1 cup of orange juice (100% natural);
- 1 cup of oats in flakes;
- ½ cup of crushed almonds;
- 2 cups of pineapple chopped into squares.
How to prepare it: take a pot and place the water and oats in it for cooking. Once they are cooked, turn the heat off and let it cool down. Strain it and then add the oats in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend it well to make a smoothie and add water if you think it is too thick. Consume it cold.
This smoothie will help you get rid of knee and joint pain, and will also strengthen and repair your damaged tendons and ligaments.
