The neck pain is a common problem not only among the elderly and that can lead to impaired vision, dizziness and headaches, as well as the classic stiff neck. To counteract this pathology, in any case, it is possible to make use of the natural remedies that also allow to combat pain.
First, it would be advisable to take – through food – large amounts of magnesium: This substance, has the remarkable ability to stretch your muscles, while its reduced supply causes a change in negative mood and increased nervousness and stress. If you are not able to take magnesium through the daily diet, you can use a supplement: one teaspoon per day in a glass of water is all you need and – if taken in the evening – also has the merit to facilitate sleep .
