- Edible gelatin- 150 gm
- Cold water- ¼ cup
Process
- Take out 5 gm of gelatin and add a ¼ of cold water (chilled one from the refrigerator).
- Mix it well and keep it overnight (don’t store it in the fridge)
- You will get a jelly of gelatine in the morning.
- Drink the jelly on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
- You can add water or juice to the jelly as per you choice.
- Use this remedy regularly for 6 months to get rid of joint pain.
The recipe given here is suitable for 1-month treatment. The process is quite simple and you can repeat it for 6 months.
