
A no-cook dessert with the Kiwi fruit that is served with a spicy and sweet whipped ginger cream
Ingredients
- 150 ml. Orange juice (Or juice of 2 limes)
- 4 tbsp. red Grape juice
- 6 kiwi fruits
- 1 tbsp. chopped Pistachios
- To serve:
- 150 ml. whipped Cream
- 1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
How to Make Kiwi Fruit Salad:
Mix the orange juice, lime juice and red grape juice together
Peel the kiwi fruits and cut into very thin slices
Place the slices in a very shallow serving dish and spoon the fruit mixture over the top. Cover with cling film and chill overnight
When ready to serve, whip the cream with ginger until it is thick and can stand up in small peaks
Sprinkle pistachios over the kiwi fruit mix and serve immediately with the whipped ginger cream.
