Rosemary is an aromatic evergreen shrub with antioxidant, antiseptic and astringent properties. This herb tones, conditions, and strengthens the scalp and hair. It stimulates blood flow to the scalp and works to remove excess sebum and dandruff which can clog the hair follicles and affect hair growth. It also balances mind-body and spirit.
Thin hair goes oily faster, which looks ugly and messy. Rosemary nourishes and strengthens the hair, makes it shiny, and fights against dandruff and hair loss.
Here are two recipes that will give you perfect results:
1.) Herbal conditioner for oily and thin hair. Recipe:
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of chamomile
- 1 tablespoon of nettle
- 100 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of fruit vinegar
Combine these herbs and pour hot water over them. Add fruit vinegar and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes and then strain.
After washing your hair, this strained liquid can be used to massage it into the hair. Do not rinse.
Instead of chamomile and nettle, you can use thyme in equal quantity.
2.) Cure for oily and thin hair. Recipe:
If you want to declare war on the thin and greasy hair, this cure is the real enemy to fight imperfections. The chances for success are good if this cure is applied once a week.
- 40 ml of castor oil
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 g of rosemary
- 10 g of nettle leaves
Mix all these oils, put the herbs in a pan with a rounded bottom and pour oil. Stir, close and leave it to stand for 2 days. Afterwards, drain.
Apply the mixture to the scalp and skin, wrap it with foil or nylon bag and a towel and leave it on for 2 hours. Rinse using a shampoo.
You can make a larger amount of this medicinal cure for your hair.
These treatments for hair need to be applied evenly along the hair strands from root to ends. The effort will pay off without doubt.
The hair will absorb the effective ingredients and will become bouncy and healthy.
