Ingredients:

  • 2 cup American corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 gm minced green chilli
  • black pepper as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup cubed red peppers
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro

For Seasoning

  • black pepper as required
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice

For The Main Dish

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup cubed red peppers

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed and serve immediately.
