Morning Habits That Every Person Should Have

Have you ever wondered why your life is not better than it is? Probably it is because you do not have healthy habits during the morning and in the beginning of the day.

Healthy, successful and beautiful people are doing certain things right after waking up, and you should do the same.

Let’s assume that you will have a typical lifespan, so you will have 25,000 mornings as an adult on that need to be on healthy way.

What do you do when you wake up? Probably checking phone. You’re Email. Time. Social networks. Anything associated with the computer.

What you should do?

Simply wake up earlier– it is better than sleeping late. However it would be better to sleep enough, because it is not good to get up early, and have not had a nice, long sleep. But it does not need 8 hours sleep on every person – adults who sleep around 6 to 7 hours have lower rate of death.

Smile – first because you are here and a live.

Go outside – Studies show that people exposed to light in the morning have a lower BMI regardless of diet, exercise and other things.

Drink water – This will help your body to wake up, to be hydrated and to throw out toxins and eat less.

Drink hot water with lemon – really helps in the excretion of toxins.

Drink green tea – better than coffee.

Drink coffee – but after 9:30 or 10th

Eat before you go to exercise – because you won’t eat much after that.

Eat only fruit – and only fruits, because nutrients on an empty stomach are even better for your body.

Eat healthy foods – This is exactly what the nutritionists do.

Eat one hour after awakening – The more you wait, the harder you will be satisfied later.

Meditate – Mediating teachers say this is the first thing you should do in the morning because you have just get off a sleeping stage.

Stretch and move your body – 20 minutes of cardio exercises right after awakening.

Go for a morning walk – It is a blessing for the whole day.

Take a shower – this will reduce stress and increase fertility.
