1-2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 inch ginger root or 2-3 tsp ginger powder
1 cup tart cherry juice
Instructions how to prepare it:
First of all peel the pineapple and remove the steam of it. If you want you can also use the steam because it is rich with bromelain but that is not obligatory. Cut the pineapple on chunks, put them in a blender and mix until it gets mashed. Add in tart cherry juice, turmeric and ginger.
Once you prepare it pour the mixture in some glass container and put the lid on. Keep the container in a fridge for 10 days. Optionally you can add honey to it to make it tastier. The maximum period to which you can keep it in the fridge is one month.
In order to get the results from it you should consume it regularly every day.
