Soda, while one of the most advertised beverages in America, is also one of the most unhealthy. Jam packed with high fructose corn syrup, soda is one of the driving factors behind the rise of type 2 diabetes.
And let’s not forget that high fructose corn syrup is also made from nearly 100% genetically modified corn.

Many foods made with high fructose corn syrup are also addicting. Combine that with Coke’s caffeine, and voila: a generation of folks addicted to Coke. There are many commercial uses for coca-cola, as we have covered before, but drinking it isn’t a good idea.
Milk, too, can be harmful to your health if it’s not organic or raw. Conventional commercial milk is packed with impurities like pus, antibiotics and hormones which can cause a number of health issues. The pasteurization process releases unnaturally high levels of lactose, making people sick.
Similar to the reaction between the acidic soda and the milk, soda can also cause a decrease in bone minerals, calcium, and an increased risk of Osteoporosis in people who drink Coke.
