How to prepare them?
You need to take raw almonds (organic if possible) and place them into a large bowl. Cover them with 2 cups of water per ½ cups of almonds and let them stay overnight. In the morning, you should drain the water and place them into the fridge, storing them into jars or plastic bags. The almonds will stay fresh for a week after soaking with the proper storage.
