With the arrival of summer season, some of us will face the problem of sweaty hands and feet. Though sweating is considered essential to maintain the body temperature, but an excess of it is bad and the problem may arise due to stress, nervousness, hormonal changes, etc.

Baking soda can prove to be an effective remedy for sweaty hands and feet because of its alkaline nature. Take two to three tablespoons of baking soda and mix it in warm water. Now, dip your hands or feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes.
Apply the rosewater on your palms and feet by using a cotton swab. It has a cooling impact on your skin.
